P36’s recapture took place on the 27th February in Marin. After setting the trap he returned at 19h04 and walked straight into the cage. The capture went very smoothly and P36 is looking great since we last handled him on the 3rd March last year. He has grown 17 lbs, and is looking in superb condition. We are pleased to note that his diet is almost exclusively deer, and no livestock or pets (yet). It is fantastic to see the range of this dispersal cat after he was first caught near Santa Rosa, Sonoma County - headed up to Lake County, then settled in the Healdsburg area of Sonoma County for a while before heading down south to Marin.
